We’re on the lookout for a talented graphic designer who can bring to life complex concepts in a creative, engaging manner. You will collaborate with different teams across the organization to conceptualize and craft illustrations, infographics, flyers or any other material, as requested. Your projects will need to stay in sync with brand guidelines but you'll have complete creative freedom.
NOTE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME HYBRID POSITION.
Description
- Design and produce compelling graphics (photos and videos) for social media, advertisements, website, and more
- Implement brand standards and help us find new ways to effectively communicate brand mission and values
- Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements
- Design and develop material in print and digital formats for web ads, icons and infographics, banners, and social media ad campaigns
- Plan creative concepts and designs for social media + implement them on a daily basis
- Develop posters and other products with a consistent look and feel
- Prepare social media campaigns and branding mockups
- Edit video and photo content on a daily basis
- Create compelling data visualizations, infographics, and maps
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Work with our ads and website agencies to come up with ad designs and concepts/Make sure designs and advertisement is on brand
- Provide support to both the creative and project team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- Provide support and guidance during photo and video shoots
- Designing product packaging & aesthetic
- Develop illustrations and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience in the field of marketing & design, preferably with an e-commerce brand
- Excellent and impeccable English & grammar
- A love for great copy and witty communication
- Portfolio of completed illustrations, graphic designs, and storyboards.
- Excellent knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Credible understanding and sense of UI/UX, info-graphics, and modern styles of illustration
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
